11. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling
Our Services may use automated processing to analyze usage patterns for the purpose of personalizing content recommendations, detecting fraud or abuse, and optimizing the platform experience. These processes do not produce legal or similarly significant effects on you.
We do not use fully automated decision-making (without human involvement) to make decisions that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects concerning you. If we introduce such processing in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide appropriate safeguards, including the right to obtain human intervention, express your point of view, and contest the decision.
12. Children's Privacy
Our Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years of age and are not directed to children under the age of 16 (or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction, such as 13 in the U.S. under COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under these age thresholds. If we learn that we have collected personal information of a child under the applicable age limit, we will take steps to delete such information from our files as soon as possible. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at [email protected].
13. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest, access controls, regular security assessments, and employee training. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Breach Notification: In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach (where required by GDPR) and will notify affected individuals without undue delay where the breach is likely to result in a high risk to their rights and freedoms.
